'Constant', I am a 'retired' website developer, and I have been for little less than a year now. I know C sharp, C++, Lingo, etc. Trust me, you will not hire anyone off this website at all, and I do mean that. To be honest, you are showing yourself to be unprofessional and desperate, this is what I have said a numeral of times to previous MOC's.

Many MOC's have came on this forum, and many have left. A numeral of members on this forum have contributed to their threads, and the reason why we are so harsh, is because we a re true. Younger members will see you through the process, but none will guarantee you a dedicated time and place. The whole idea is a shambles, even from the point go. I know I am not entitled to say such a thing, but come on, think about it. Habbo Hotel have created this, now lets move on to something new? A new idea possibly? But I am not inclined to say such things.

I don't mean to come across disrespectful, yet still, I would like to make my point clear; this idea has done before, so the public will choose the most popular. I honestly recommend you come up with a different idea as if you were to make this; you would go into debt, and fairly rapidly. You would have to get a server developer and some hefty servers if you wish to make this game. I can understand from a starting point, but you must make a 'risk assessment' and choose every path you are going to take without making a decision when it comes to that point.

I hope your game goes to plan, and I hope you do get to a point in which you would like to be. Programmers such as myself can earn up to £60,000 a year, and I'm sure a few hundred of pounds aren’t going to make a lot of developers exactly jump to your request. If I were going to work for a company, I would surely not work for you, and I don't come to you as you directly, but your resources are limited I'm guessing, and you are unaware on what you are getting yourself into. All well being that you can have a meeting through a network etc, but you haven’t sold the website in such a way that I would join your team, nor register.

You need to sit down with your managing directors etc, and come up with all your resources before you jump in to the wide world requesting help. Resources such as business letters, logo, screenshots, specifications, where are you predicted in the future etc. This would be vital for investors. I wish all of your staff the best of luck, and I hope you do make it through the end of the tunnel.
