I'd like to clear up a few things, about a few of the arguments that have arised though this 6 paged thread, which has involved arguing Via my good friends [n] and Jake, Right Jake is awesome at making forum skins [n] ( i would say your real name but you'd probably go mad like you did at jake and we'd end up falling out), he's also making one of the habbox forum skins, He may not be good at all the options of vBulletin forums, but he can always ask me if he needs help with anything on them because he knows and you know, that i'm practically an expert on them as i've worked on around 10-20 vBulletin forums as admin on most.

On the other hand [N] is also good. I will be putting forward an applications to Ladders, for a management or admin Job relating the forum, if he needs vouches i'm sure i can get a few.

anyway i vote for darrel and [n] as some kind of admin pos?
however on the forum all admins have bee removed apart from me and 2owners therefore i assume i have the job as an admin.

I, personally, think that [N] should get the job - he is hard working and is very good around the old vB.

It is true we work together well, but i would ohnestly love to have this job, and i think N will too. @ Adam, N is very good at vb's but to be ohnest there are some things he can't do like me, which is skins for me.

i can do skins and plugins etc which is why im still admin however my weekness is sites and cpanels lol. out of darell and [n] i have to say darell purely for excpereince and hes a great mate i also work well with him [n] is still good though.
as long as i can stll stay an admin lol even tho james pemrs have gone :s .
i recomend they both get an amdin job darrel as manager n as techie or sumin and if i stay as assis manager cause darell is joka and i work gd with me lol.

Yup im useless at skins lol..

Iv tried once.. and gave up and deleted skin looked horrible.

But people who are good at vbs arn't actually good at everything, they may be good at everything else on admin cp, but they may not be good on skins etc.
