i do that a lot i can't help it lmao.
i always say 'yeah' 'like' or 'yknow'

Oh, when people say "Uhhhhhhhh" when a waitress asks them what they want. Like if you dont say "uuuuuuuuuuuhhhhh" really loud, the waitress is going to just walk away.
