Should 'gay' be filtered?

guys if it wasnt filtered people would use it to insult younger kids and it wouldnt be very nice to have them crying to there parents and telling them some1 said this and that.
Plus it has another meaning, somtimes that can be very offending to some.
I know it also means happy but only 1 person out of 1000 use it in that meaning lol and normally its a fight back
example
person 1: Hi gay boy
person 2: Yes i am happy and you?

You see the first person now would be very angry and would start a big fight!

i dont? what your point? Its only other meaning is homesexual, which isnt real an insult anyway, But filtering it would be an insult to people that are gay in that term.
