It doesn't matter if you parade it about, you won't get in trouble for underage sex. It's basically just a guideline, the same as you won't get into any real trouble for unerage smoking/drinking. You might get an asbo for drinking if you do something stupid, but if you're chilling having a few bevs underage they'll just take it off you and maybe take you home.
