Ima for im going to :S Ok..

Anyway, trying sudocreme and I can see a difference already. Anti dandruff shampoo takes, like, weeks for it to work, and I was wondering if you can get it faster

Apart from that, I am ok no more problems

I've read that it's been proven junk food doesn't cause spots - if anybody wants to read I'll have a look around.

I have spots - quite a few, best thing is the sun. It's helped mine a lot

BTW, Head and Shoulders works for dandruff

Why are you embarrassed to ask your mum to get you spot cream? And why would you have to ask her in the first place.

My skin varies from clear to the odd spot, depending on the time of month. I don't get many spots, but I got this cream off the doctor for when I do. It's very good, I think one of the main ingredients is peroxide. I also found that using the pill changed the amount of spots I got. I would ask your doctor about both issues, since you're under 16 you'll get free prescription. Don't be embarassed about asking, there are way more embarassing things to have to see your doctor about, like smear tests and internal examinations.

About the dandruff, keep at it with the head and shoulders. You probably wont get overnight results. There are other anti dandruff products in the shops too. Try asking in boots/superdrug etc, and chat to your doctor about it.

    Hope this helps.
    I'm defying gravity.

I'm now at university in Worcester. I'm not around on here much, but PM/e-mail me if you wish.

Yes because it is that easy dear
It has been scientifically (yes scientifically *+*+*) proven that what you eat and drink will not effect you getting more or less spots and just ask your mother to get you some cream, it isn't hard to ask and you will feel better about it.

    Toothpaste works well.

Don't pick them, as it'll turn a spot into a scab, which looks like a spot but lasts longer.

Make sure you dry your hair properly, and anti dandruff shampoo is much better than nothing.

I find school contributes to spots a lot.
In 6 weeks holiday, and usually the 2 weeks I get none.
    Doubt everything, even this.

I just feel embarressed about asking my mum to get that.. Dont know why, I mean, wouldnt you feel embarressed too if you had to ask your mum? Some people say that some spot creams like Clearasil dont work, and some say it does, but I think it varies for your skin types.

For the dandruff I'd say not to use Head & Shoulders. I used it for ages before and no difference. Now I use Elvive Anti-Dandruff Intensive. It worked from the first time I've used it, and it's good if you have greasy hair as well. http://www.lorealantidandruff.com/index.htm. Also, you can get a free sample on the site

yeah clearasil and all that pish dosnt really stop sopts, just spreads them out, so it stops you getting HUGE ones, you just get loadsa of little ones. My advice: have a hot shower every day/ wash your face with hot water and soap (no ****) every day, should help.
