No they are looking for a new owner too... Quite probably an all-in-one again. Owner & Manager at the same time.

Nah, its annoying managing a place and not owning it.
I did manage to do it, however many of the other managers didnt, and it did annoy me at times. I think Manager should own.

Hxhd won't be closed no. Hxhd is a great place to hang out for many Habbox staff and at the same time is a place for members to get together and socialise .
