Yes we have our own seperate governments - for instance Scotland is run by SNP. (Scottish Nationalist Party).

However, at the end of the day Gordon Brown is our primeminister for the whole of the country - Great Britain as a whole, not just England.

Scotland is just as much of a target as England is. We've only actually had one attack so far before this which happened in London. This one has occured in glasgow. Fair enough there was one prevented yesterday - but that could be linked to todays in Glasgow.

Also, if you remember the 10 planes or whatever which were nearly bombed in all the airports last time, there were scottish airports included then as well.

And at Christmas, a plan to bomb Glasgow's Braehead Shopping Centre was also foiled.

It just angers me when naive English people think this whole terrorism is all about England and only affects people in England or something.

No, I agree - luckily not many attacks have happened on Scotland as of yet. But when you think about it - neither has there been on London. July 7th is the only actual terrorist attack we have had. I just get the impression a lot of English people on here come across quite deluded and think this issue of terrorism is all about them and as though no-one else in our country as a whole is affected or threatened by it. This isn't just England's problem, it's the UK's as a whole.

Also, I haven't had any confirmation of it being linked to the London ones and I'm watching the news since it's happened.
