Lol in real. +Rep if I can.

I mean, when you start releasing scripts to the public , open-source, for free then you can moan at Simon. So what if he delayed? So your telling me you've never heard of a PC fail before? It can happen you know. Did you think that maybe, just maybe, it could actually happen ?

Stop whining before we lose another decent coder on this forum. He was just asking for some testimonials and you've turned it round to ANOTHER thread which concerns PowerPanel. Weren't you just complaining that theres aload of threads on PowerPanel ?

    Geez.
Wow, you seriously are an idiot. If you've read this thread you'd notice by now that we are talking about his excuses not "delaying".

He asked for good or bad testimonials, we give him one and he gets his knickers in a twist over it. "/.

And you must be an idiot not to realise that his 'excuses' are to do with him delaying the release. Your moaning about all of his excuses as to why he kept DELAYING it. Geez. If he'd still managed to release it on time, no-one would be fussy over him making excuses.

Not that I totally agree with the bad testimonial (Scott) but a testimonial is an honest opinion of someone's thoughts of another person's work. He is not wrong to speak his mind when writing a testimonial that isn't totally positive.

Note: I do agree with others that the PP delay was not his fault

The premise of a testimonial is off a client to whom you have offered the service you are offering to the person reading the testimonial so they can see how previous customers percieved your work. Not just comments from your MSN bum chums. Therefore I dont see that anyone on this forum has any real right to write you a testimonial.

On the Powerpanel debate as someone who has released many scripts previously (not around here) it is an arduous project and can be frustrating because other projects distract you and you then want to write another sort of script. This seems to be constant with many developers but thats a precise reason why you shouldnt release dates and create loads of forums.

Equally many people around here see themselves as professional web designers etc but really you need to step back and really learn about modern web standards etc not just dreamweaver.

No, we have no problem with him delaying powerpanel if he hasn't finished it yet but he kept saying things like 'oh my laptop blew up' or whatever he said. Then he repeatedly made false release dates that he knew he couldn't keep too.

Yes he made false dates because he probably thought that he only had abit to go because he didnt plan the project properly. That makes him an idiot not evil.

You are a serious idiot now. If you think I care at all about PowerPanel you must be on a form of drug. I just hate his excuses and constant spam of the forum, then the end product is **** anyway. When I logged in (after getting an error the first time), I had about 3 different errors. Then the spotlight... error.

Don't try to call me an idiot over something you're unsure about, it makes you look like a bigger fool.

I speak my mind on this forum constantly, and I no, there was stages when he couldn't be arsed with it, then he made up lame excuses and spamed the forum with crap threads. That's how he lost the respect of some good web designers.
