I have auburn hair.. which is a brownish shade of red. I used to get teased a little bit and I just say either...
. 'Huh what's red hair?'
[If they'd reply WHAT YOU HAVE i'd calmy say, 'huh?'...just get them annoyed x] keep saying huh]
. 'So.'
[This would really get them annoyed, and they'd go I SAID YoU HAVE RED HAIR and i'd continue to say So. Eventually they got bored.


Another thing is I know exactly how you feel. I probably sound like a parent right now, telling their kid to ignore the bully, but I know its not that easy...
My mom used to say 'Their just jealous!' but I knew for a fact they weren't. Something you could try, is acting like You like being teased. Lol its not as bad as it sounds listen:
Kid: EW YOUR HAIR IS AUBURN
Me: YESSSSSSSSSS!! YAY THANKS!!!
Kid: Ew no problem
Me: YAYAY THANK YOU
They dont really have anything to say at that , [Except maybe call you weird but just continue the Yay's and Yes's.

Don't worry. I know exactly how you feel. I get through it though, with the help of my friends. Kids eventually get tired of teasing you because of it after a while. i've been with the same bunch of kids for like 3 years now and their used to the fact i have auburn hair.

i think being a redhead is a good thing, redheaded people aren't as common as brunettes or blondes, ur hair colour states ur independence. im a brunette personally, but i always wanted to have ginger hair when i was ikkle x'D
