You can't exactly filter images in a signature, seeing as there uploaded on imageshack and stuff..

And, you can't just think "Oh, 13+ isn't young" because you have to consider what the parents are like as well, and many parents probably don't wanna look at the computer screen to see some womans breast on the screen do they? Especially when their child is on the site. And, there isn't just going to be one person who is young, there is bound to be more.

At the end of the day, whether it's exposes anything or not, it's a sexual image which shouldn't be displayed.

You're saying how the parents don't want to look at the computer screen and see a womans breasts..
1) There wasn't a woman breasts
2) If your parents don't want you on these kinds of things..
THEN LISTEN TO THEM AND DONT GO ON.

If there was a parental lock on the websites.. it'd block things such as chat rooms, Habbo, forums etc. You wouldn't have to worry about just the images being blocked.

Kids see more at school then they do from that little picture of a woman feeling HER LEG :rolleyes:

If you're gunna complain about a picture that didn't even show anything, then call up every single school that teaches about puberty and tell them to get rid of the videos. Get rid of anything sexual. Get rid of anything that RELATES to anything sexual.
Get rid of all of the "sexual" tv ads.
Get rid of everything in movies.
Oh. no kissing on tv either!
