He is most probably staff, BUUBAR got promoted to Sulake from Habbo UK and you can't just send in a MOD App and be accepted when you're 18 just because you've played Habbo for X Years.

You have to be vetted, trained etc... Plus Habbo is moderated 24 hours a day So night shifts aswell

Yeah i know lol, i quit habbo anyways, only come on recently for comps (well sum comps not all) and say if i have a 2 year break and apply and get in.

Usually moderators have been volunteer guides or moderators at other chat rooms, or they've had experience being player support at another chat room or a company such as AOL for example

Training? Well, you'll need to know how to deal with reports in the correct and fastest way possible, and how to handle with certain suituations such as suicidal thoughts, drug use, abuse at home etc

That isn't the night shift. 3am-7am is the Habbo night shift. Each Moderator moderates in four hour periods

As far as I'm aware you either book a time which you do for like ever, for example you book 3am-7am and MOD that shift every night (Or taking it in intervals with another MOD) therefore getting a fixed wage OR... You book which slots you do each day and get paid on how many slots you take
