Yes, but when you entered, you knew that Habbo might fail, or there might be problems getting on. It doesn't state 'If you can't get on, you'll be saved' and you should of known that :p
It's part of the risk.

It's like the SS challenge, you NEED to know you'll have enough credits/tickets, you NEED to know that Habbo will be online, you NEED to know that you are free sometime during the week. If you mess up once, you've wasted tons of credits.

The probability would not have been high and this has just suddenly happened totally randomly. Not as if I knew that there would be problems and I can't foresee the future... Who would think "oh no i mustn't enter coz i myt nt b able 2 get on2 da hotel den!"

They can't. It says in the T&C that you can only get banned for a offensive that is against the Habbo way.
