To be fair this is what is says:

There is nothing in the terms and conditions that says you have the right to close the threads. All actions allowed in the terms and conditions are governed by specific instructions anyway either by Sierk, yourself or the Forum Manager. If what you say is true anybody employed by Habbox that has moderation rites are only constrained by the T&C and we know that is not true.

People follow what they perceive as good examples and Elkaa is normally pretty diplomatic. Try to stay the way you always have been Elkaa for the members good I have also noticed that another admin has got quite impatient and sharp lately and I feel he is under quite a bit of stress but its not nice when the members are at the end of it.

I agree with Catzsy - Elkaa is usually patient and listens to peoples ideas, which is why it was odd to see him basically say 'shut up, or put up'.
