The money Elkaa suposdely 'paid' Habbox was actually a donation for the Christmas VIP fund , Habbox will not get a pence out of that fund and will be donated to charity so I don't really see how he could of bought his way to AGM.
Also Elkaa has one of the best Mod logs so it was only fair he got AGM, the money donated didn't affect the decision in anyway seeing as he was supposed to be getting it anyway.

I think carrying on this topic could spoil the congratulation thread which would be a shame and I am sure Elkaa just didn't get it through Mod Logs. There is a bit more to getting promotion than that.

A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."
