If you steal somthing and it comes back to bite you, you aint getting any sympathy here. Ether make your own panel or get one legally, be it a free one or just going out and buying it.

agreed if you are gonna say the panel is yours atleast make sure you have covered all security loop holes especially a well know 1 like that.
