Just to point out, useing a proxie to chnage your ip, actaly can lead to making it easyer to trace someone, since the ips they use are registed to the contrys, who themslevs maintain the list of who accessed what sites at what time, mainly to sell of to advertsing / spyware companys anyway. so getting it off thems no big deal
