As the thread was posted was over 3 weeks I would imagine he is okay again now.

Indeed. If he didn't go and see a doctor, I'm sure he's drank plenty of water, and I know everyone's just trying to help, but STIs, cancer and kidney stones aren't the most likely reasons?
