Management Pay Feedback

Maybe some managers like to have it as a little thank you for the work they put in. I personally don't think any manager is here just for the payment. Like I said earlier I never had and never will request payement or free VIP simply because I volunteer to do this work and i'd rather see the money put back into Habbox one way or another .

I know its not I am being dragged off topic to defend myself just how undertaker was yesterday :s the mods are not good if they cant ban sixteen and the reports are ignored and if they were here i would not have had to make the last 3 or 4 posts i have :s I know you have to be special to mod here but maybe they should consider some regular mods here.

Oh I can Elliot, I was on this forum well before you and know what i'm talking about, unlike you. The difference between your negative posts & my negative posts are that mine are backed up with my opinion, yours however isn't back up and follows the line management would probably like you to follow, eh?

As for being paid based on performance - if a manager is doing a bad job, it shows and they don't last long. All managers who get the job and stay in the job for more than a few weeks fully deserve any freebie habbox are offering imo.

I have never requested any payment and don't plan to.

I agree-ish with what is being said, the 'pay' should be put into a fund for competitions, advertising etc.
Jrh2002 founded this forum, and clearly isn't happy with some aspects of it, so imo he is quite right to voice his opinons on it.

Yes, nintendonews used to award to a staff member of the month and which im going to carry on as dept manager. When i was asst manager I think i was owed £4? something silly like that I havnt been asked if i want it and nor will I ask for it. Most managers or who ever do the job as almost a hobby because they want to. The money sierk offered in my eyes is nothing more than an incentive?

I can see both sides of they story and imo have good cases. Also I like what jrh said about giving dept managers who do better jobs that others more money but then again surely that would cause conflict and other managers earning less than others could jepodise the department?

Yep.

When I was Assistant Rare Values Manager I took up free VIP, when I was Rare Values Manager I was offered an extra pound or so but turned it down. I'd rather it going into charity funds/improving the site/forum.
