Unless you have a pirate copy I highly doubt you'll get banned, if they ban you then I'm fairly certain you can take legal action against them

Edit, cant edit above post as its been over 15 minutes.
Just rang local game shop, He has GTA IV in, he did say he originally was not gonna sell it til the 29th.
He has decided to sell it now as another local shop is selling it, sadly.. He is selling it for £55, I would get it, but i;d rather get it on the 29th so its safe to play online, as i've pre ordered gamestation are giving free points and something else, so i'd rather get the freebies.
But the live streams are good.. i've just seen a clip of...

Why is everyone scared, your not going to get banned :rolleyes:. You paid for the game so you should use it and Microsoft can't stop you.
