Total rubish. Although someone could be prosecuted for 'scripting' What evidence could possibly be gathered? Also it would be very hard for sulake to legally trace a person.

Blood did not quit.
He got IP banned, but is back now.
He got hacked again, after HK was YET AGAIN exploited.
He is under a new name, no-one is sure what it is, but the IoU site is back.
