I swear that's because alcohol was mass used before all the drugs laws, i heard something once about that if Alcohol was released 10 years ago, it would be a class A drug and be responsible for the most illegal drugs deaths.

True, but as you've said, it is legal whereas pot isn't, so my decision would have to be drunk

alcohal, as someone said, is a drug. it is in fact more of a drug and far far far more dangerous than pot. just because it's legal, doesnt mean it isnt a drug.

not at all. liver failure, anyone? alcohol is horrible for you, especially in quantities enough to get you hammered. smoking pot once a week, which is actually conservative for some people, does almost nothing to you in the long run.

well yeah, if you're concerned about the legal aspect of it, than i see why you have your preference. but as sayfe just said, its only legal because of the time it's been around and it's mass use. if pot was as widely practiced for as long as alcohol it would be far more accepted and probably legal. if alcohol became of wide use in the 50's and 60's (as pot did) it would be more lampooned than pot is now. but it didnt, people have been drinking for hundreds and hundreds of years.
