That prize has only been out once and then they had exception badges, badges who very few had. I think this badge would be classed as an exception too.

Because the 'popular ones' always have good entries - You'll notice that the 'popular ones' have good room designs etc, and they're only popular because they win in the first place. Cept Skaterchu maybe
