    Glock didn't let anyone win, he didn't have intermidiate tyres on, so he was inevitably taking a huge gamble on it not raining much, so he kept hes DRY tyres on, and it started raining pretty heavily - hints why he was spinning everywhere and not gaining any speed or control of his car.
