I just noticed that apparently I made it from AGM > GM in 2 months (A)

It was actually July 2nd 07. Sorry I missed this one Joe when I looked over.

Also, Baving was never GM. 3/19 was actually the day he passed his HxHD trial, minor difference

He was however an ASM on 8/3/06 and lasted for an entire month till 9/4/06.

Help desk staff is fairly similar to GM though in terms of how much work they do init and oh my gosh the ILLUSTRIOUS community support department isn't mentioned, how could you forget such an important and hardworking team

Sadly we found out for some odd reason the search still doesn't always throw up the correct managers as we tried that. However we should be able to add the few that were missed simply from people letting us know so thanks to everyone who reported these errors.
