Anyway he reviewed the situation, after I said to him 'Check my chat logs'

He picked out the comment when I was having a laugh - and ignored my warnings after that!

I'm guessing flooding ban won't count, it's probably just going to be anything you'd be banned from the hotel for. Like those stupid 2 hour bans and such.
