Susan Boyle aka Paula Potts was definatly suprise of the night. Guess it just shines a light on Britain's obsession with looks.
She'll get the Cowell make-over treatment. New hairdo, eyebrow wax, teeth whitening.
The thing is, I bet she could be as huge as Elaine Paige.
