Oh I'll have to change it then because I put something like Alex Olsson-Cromwell LOL.
Yeah I make all 3 substitutions every game and in friendlies I virtually bring on every substitute throughout the game so yeah.

Go on My Computer, then Sports Interactive, then FM09, then there should be a folder saying "tools" then inside that folder there should be something saying "data editor".
I think that's it for people with a disc but I can't really remember.
