Well people have been offering less than £50, so FYI I was actually trying to help him not be conned by some people.

Well, these are people who are obviously not that interested in the phone. I realise you were trying to help, however this isn't the best place to be trying to sell high value items for the obvious reasons. My post certainly wasn't meant to be a jab at you.

I understand that lol, but I have used Mazuma many times for phones, and they go for around the same as phones on Ebay, maybe £10-£20 less, but their service is fast and efficient, unlike Envirofone, I don't ever advise using them.

But if you want a quick sale, with no problems ect, I'd use Mazuma, but you could sell for a little bit more if you sold on Ebay/friends.

There seems to be a lot of confusion with the whole "2G" and "3G", 3G does not mean the third generation iPhone - it is a reference to the type of network connection it has. Confusingly enough, the 3G is actually the 2nd generation of iPhone, the original iPhone (silver and black plastic back) is the first generation one.

Also, 2G is not a type of connection either, these are the connections iPhone use:

GPRS - Original iPhone, 3G, 3GS use this.
EDGE - Original iPhone, 3G, 3GS use this.
    3G - 3G and 3GS only use this.

Hope I have cleared up any confusion.
