Think Rockstar left some of these features, such as parachutes and tanks in 100% deliberatly. If there had been no DLC, they probably would've been in from the start. Good business, but a little annoying.

Bigfoot a monster truck? The monster truck was a nice touch. It annoys me features not in SA are still not in IV, eg planes.
