yeah i only think there is need for 2 maybe so i don't see why they didn't do the recommendations or see if old could return but i hope they're good ones

yeah but that was when the forum was active. i bet some forums get any hardly rule breaking posts. i reckon even general only needs two rather than three etc. i really don't think they need new ones with the lack of posting and general activity but yeah.

2 I'd say. At least then if one goes away, or out for the day they aren't faced with a backlog. Doesn't necessarily mean there needs to be enough mods hired to fulfill this though - I was doing five categories before being promoted :eusa_danc

Lol if a moderator can do 5 categories this forum has serious inactivity issues! When I was there if you had to have someone doing 3 categories it was all hands on deck and hire as many mods as possible to fill the gaps

2 per category is our desire (ish) I believe, apart from General where there needs to be three.

It's not ideal for a Moderator to take on 3 busy categories, usually a moderator's categories are weighted, James was an excess because he chose to be and worked very hard, however only two of the categories he worked were major categories, the others were the smaller ones.

Usually a moderator will work a major category (such as Habbo, General, Technology) then take on either one or two less major categories.

At least, thats the way it appears to pan out.

people always make ones like "BREAKING RULES IS BAD USE REPORT BUTTON" and loads of little things like that when apps are open and then they remove them once they don't get in and apps are closed. it's funny.
