Nope because PS3's cannot be JTAG'd.

Can the people who join in get banned? Or just the person with the modded xbox.

Surely you could just make out like you didnt know what was going on but carried on.

Host of the original game gets banned, if host migrates that host doesnt get banned.

I havent bothered to set it up yet. All that needs done is to plug in the AV cables but to do that I'd need to take my 360 cables out of my PVR which I cba. I'll post my PSN here when I set it up.

You best be getting uncharted 2. Anyone with a PS3 and hasn't got one should have it.

um, 51. Had it since it came out, don't play it much. I can't see how people sit on it for hours on end, the game is shocking.
