New Skill

Personally, new skills annoy me because just as I start liking the look of my overall stats, they add something new in. As for what it is, I can't possibly think of what they'll think of this time.

The skill will involve alot of your money without doubt, there is money flowing into the game with ease from PVP and not enough flowing out, there is people walking about with billions because of the expert GrandExchange merchants.
You can place money on that it cost and will NOT be free like agility thieving or anything else similar.
