tbh i see Habbo returning to its 'roots'. the majority of english speaking users were on habbo.com which was habbo.co.uk..

I think that the rare values will be what will attract users to use a new fansite more than anything else once the merge occurs and it will definately require a lot of time to get everything to work out. On the 12th April, .com and .ca are merging so we can find out what happens in terms of furniture but the FAQ (http://habbo.ca/help/104) says they are aware of furniture values with their STATs and they say they will make the origin of furniture clear.

    Not online very often

No Molly, if this happens, Habbox WILL be fine. I think this is a great oppurtunity for Habbox to widen their fan-base. Yes, of course it will be hard to adapt - especially with all the rare values but if we put effort into Habbox surviving it will come out on top. I was actually pretty happy when I heard that hotels will be merging because I think this will be a great thing for Habbox.

Can I just clarify, Habbox and fansites will still exist... official status fansites won't. All Habbos with the badge at the moment will be given a memorial badge and a gift. Sulake will stop any contribution to the fansites and just have the guidelines, nothing more. Also, I'm not sure why the HF references are relevant, for most of the day our new posts haven't dated as far back as those as HxF and with stats released we're the third most active forum and we've been open 10 weeks, lmao. I don't see why HxF users are determined to make it a competition as I discussed with the Forum Manager earlier, HF is perfectly aware that HxF is streets ahead, it has been open for 6 years as opposed to 10 weeks. I love Habbox and I love HF, there is no need for people (like those with depleted intelligence in this thread) to see it as a threat at this moment in time.

So much drama over fansites? We're a group of teens on a message board dedicated to a game where you swap different coloured chairs.
There's nothing to worry about, what happens will happen over time.

Just to point out the advertisements luus gave you when you opened did help lol.

Although just out of interest Jake did ludus tell you about what was going to happen? If so then I believe what you are saying - if not then I dout haha.

Where are you getting all this information from? Can you show us a source?
