there is a solution change your ip adress dunno how but when i couldnbt get on my internet my computer said it changed my ip weird i know but it might work
not that i have ever being ip banned

11 years as if habbo will be still be running by then and i got a perm and ip abnend on the .com and i emailed them and they jsut said it was a mistake and they didnt give me a sorry
