Good God. I didn't think the show could get any worse but they're now using auto tune on auditions. Sickening.

You mean for the girl band? I think that was just a vocal effect. Otherwise vocals seemed dry and a lot out of tune to me.

No, it's on the microphone permanently, so every single audition was autotuned live.
