I just did another test day, as they have been configuring with my internet since I got it, and I tested it from London...
Ping is worse obviously, but download and upload are even faster!
i'm out of touch, i'm out of love
i'll pick you up when you're getting down
and out of all these things i've done
i think i love you better now

Your speed is really bad for Sky Broadband. Again if I was getting anything less than 5Mb/s download I would consult with my ISP.

It's not always the ISP, it's distance to the exchange, amount of users on the exchange, what the cabling to/from the exchange is like, what the cabling in your house is like, what your router is like etc etc. Originally Posted by HotelUser
