Habbo Hotel is always moderated when its open so that is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
For your calls for help being answered that all depends on a few things:
- What the call is for
- What was written on the call
If you send a call for help it has to be something Hobbas/Mods can deal with. Ban questions/stolen furni/getting accounts un-safety banned is all a no for the call for help, they have to be dealt with by the Help (yes it takes time but you have to be patient and wait at least 3/4 working days, Monday-Friday, before you try again).
Things that are a yes for using the call for help are:
- Swearing/Avoiding the filter
- Flooding
- Scamming (password scams, double/triple furni scams not "Habbo1 stole my mocha" This is a help tool problem. Read scambusters http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/scam/)
- Serious Harassment (if its falling out and you just don’t want someone there then don’t call)
- Disruption: Blocking, telling Habbos to press F5 or ctrl+R
- Cy.ber
- Unacceptable (room) Names
- Giving/Asking for personal details. Phone/email/address/pictures/webcam
- There are others.
The call for help is for emergencies only, so if you send a call saying "I need to speak to a Hobba!" Its unlikely to get answered. Clearly State the problem "Habbo1 is swearing" "Habbo2 is harassing me". Rude/disruptive/abusive/name calling calls are also unlikely to be answered or if they are answered you are likely to be banned.
Remember that there needs to be proof so you need to call from the room the problem happened in, as soon as it happens.
Finally, (seen as this post turned more into a guide...) be patient when you call, think to yourself how important is this call on a scale of 1 - 10 from 1 being not so important to 10 being se.xual harassment. The hotel is usually very busy so it may take some time to read your call, but usually most calls are looked at.

On .com when they debadged the Hobba's, they should've at least have re-opened the apply for Hobba form.
Because now they hardly have any Hobba's, and when they even get Hobba's they're all Silver..
They should train most of them to be Gold, and last time when the Habbo's where given there badges, most of the people who got them where scripters. And they accessed Housekeeping, and that was .com's downfall.

Erm, ya' know you said there has to be proof... well I was perm banned for "scripting to alter/disrupt the hotel" with absolutely NO proof at all. The guy who reported me had even tried to error me just moments before he reported me, but luckily I had anti-error on.Originally Posted by Ste471

for all i know, you can't be banned for scripting, as they have no proof etc etc.. anyways Ste may come back and clarify this, though he will not discuss ban related questions ! due to he may loose his Job as a MOD or evan loose his badge as a SH/Gold ( Can't remember :p ) and privacy etc..
