As for Tom and Dave, loads of your posts were rude and unnecessary in the staff forums. Hence why Mathew's reply received a lot of plus rep.

Well I don't take rep serious enough. If someone disagrees with my posts, then they can -rep me, I won't remove it because even if I disagree with it it is their view on that post.

Everything would be better if I was a mod . Anyway I know Dave and tom didn't target me and i know it was a crap event but at least we did one unlike most managers.

I agree some pointless rep is given and that should be removed but someone's pointless rep to you might be different to a pointless rep to them.

Assuming I'm always right? Please. I'm trying to let you know that there isn't anything wrong with the current reputation system and report method. The only pointless reputations I can see valid for removal are rude ones, or targeting ones that are purposely being given to reduce count. I can't see this happening to many people, and if it was I am sure they have been reporting it correctly as no problem has been noticed.
