I skipped reading through this thread, so it might have been said, but helsinki I think will do a last minute agreement to bring them out. The more popular a rare is, the more people will want to buy it, and hence buy credits. Same with the disco sign, but maybe not as much.

If Disco comes out, it's cheap to buy and rooms will have more disco signs to live it up, and Sulake profits from it.
If Decks come out, lots of Habbo radio rooms will have DJ decks in there and it will be popular, Sulake profits obviously and also FruitCake buys the people HABBOX V.I.P. that he bet on in a certain thread where they wouldn't be released.
