Right well, if you have seen my post in the glitches thread x Wd. This is what happened;

- Entered room about 10 minutes ago.
- I managed to say "Beyonce" just before the owner changes the word required to give you the reward, but he already changed the reward so I got 4/4.
- Answer got changed.

The NEW word you need to say to get you badge 4/4 is "Creep". BUT, there is no image yet...
