    Katharina was a **** to me. Told me one of my accounts wasn't perm banned yet it had been for 2.5 years . Not to mention first time round she told me to wait about 3 months.... 3 months vs 2.5 yrs ffs.

    Marlon I think I've had before? I will go check my helpful people.

    Reese - helpful - probably made redundant because this is from October 2010 wow
    richard5981 - very helpful with a simple question xx about the internet safety slogan winners or something - probably made redundant because this is from Feb 2011.

    Well katharina told me to speak in proper english because she couldn't understand... which anyone who has had her well know how ironic that is because her grammar is terrible. she just closed my tickets repeatedly because she didn't know how to deal with it. Until someone else had to come in and apologise for her behaviour.
