
Alright cheers, best win the claim if we need to do them. I've sent him a message on eBay asking why its going to take up to 25 days if its from England...
I wouldn't worry, the Seller does not have a leg to stand on without Tracking, oh how that's screwed me over a few times, always send stuff recorded now!
Here is a quote from a claim I had. "Customer Support comments:
We didn't receive tracking information from the seller. We're sorry you have a problem with your purchase, and we're issuing you with a refund in this case."
If he is fraudulent, with the other sales he will have over 100 claims against him, eBay would take action on something like that.

Marked it as dispatched but like said above, if lots of people dispute it, he's got no chance, so that's why I took a gamble, nothing to lose.
Tbf, if I didn't win, I'm not going to cry over £24. I went in this deal prepared to be £24 down and not receive the item. Just for pot luck![]()
