You really needn't worry that much about the age restriction. As Matt said, they will rarely ever check up on age (at the end of the day, if they don't check the age of every person they end up with more users on their service). Tbh I think the main issue here is that quite a lot of people don't want to get PayPal solely for buying donator on Habbox, most people who probably have it use it on various sites./
