Probably due to the DRM and that you have to be online all the time to play it and that EA servers have been getting hammered the past couple of days.

Not a fan of this always-online business, I already have problems on steam when my internet isn't very fast during peak.

Might get the game though, seeing I remember when I used to play Sim City all those years ago and this one sounds like a massive improvement.

Anyone have any idea why my screen goes black when I try to place a road? It seems only the high density street and upwards work for me, strange.
