    I do believe I have asked Helpdesk all of these questions.
    I have sent over 30 emails already.

    Innocent until proven guilty should be the case. and if i was guilty, surely they would have contacted the police
    instead of resorting to this. also i am about halfway to earning 850c. going to be there as quick as possible incase i do have to pay them for somebody elses credit scam.

    unbanned renegotiated terms , had to pay 230c , the remainder on the account for unban.

    satisfied for the most part. 230c is easy to make

    It's so strange how you had to repay them back in credits. Also the changing in the amount having to be repaid.

    Sounds so dodgy and unprofessional.
