End of the day he had an application different to others, filled with ideas, and one of the very few that didn't just give thoughts about what was wrong with the department but also ways to IMPROVE the department that all of us actually considered to be things we could implement and keep going.

I do find it funny how people complain about pretty much EVERY management change without giving the person a chance. I think Hayden is a great choice as Assistant!

Well Done Hayden I'm hoping you can bring the Department back to the "Mathew Era"! I know you are a hard worker, well from when I last really looked at you a few months ago, and if your still like that I can see great things happening for the Events Department.
