In my opinion, no . Assuming there's an equal chance of obtaining each one, I can guarantee they'll all fall below 25c.

Just over 5 minutes gone, and all three of the 'rares' are now available through the Marketplace at under 25c, with the Luxury Dressing Room having the lowest offer at the moment; just 11c.
