It seems the only in-app purchase so far is the option to buy 200 credits.

Remember that this isn't just aimed at existing Habbo users; I'm sure that the small print was a legal requirement and is probably referring to the fact that furniture, credits, Habbo Club, etc have to be purchased and will not be free despite the app itself being free to download. I think you're looking too much in to it tbh.
