Just because your mates are doing it doesnt mean you HAVE to do it.
If they're teasing you about not having your first snog thats not being a good friend and they dont sound very friendly. Your first snog/kiss is meant to be special and comes to you naturally. You dont want to rush into it or you'll wish you hadnt done it in the first place unless you have the right person to do it to.
12 years old is very young for your first snog. I only had mine when i was 14.
